Its different sizes, but still fit in the postbit. How can that be done?

go to admin >> settings >> thread options (there is a maximum size for display in there

also under
admin >> settings >> registrations and profile options >> Maximum Avatar Dimensions

also under acp >> settings >> member list >> Maximum Display Avatar Dimensions
