I honestly don't know. Since Euan released MyAlerts 2.0 officially, I would recommend that you use that instead of this version. It doesn't include a mention feature, but I know that there are other developers who are currently working on that.

Hello jshort , I am using for several months your semi automatic input box that works perfectly , however I noticed that when I change a group of user (and therefore color) that it keeps its old color when I mention it with the box entry.
Please would you have an idea to help me to settle this problem ?

You'll need to clear the MentionMe cache. I believe there is a task for it and possibly a link in the plugin description.

Is this plugin working with 1.8.7?
If ill add the user as @Username it creates a link to his profile in the post, but there is no autocomplete option

This plugin is over a year old at this point. I highly recommend you use one of the other mention plugins that have been actively maintained.
