Currently we are running mybb 1.8.3

The error occurs when in Admin CP I went to "Tools and Maintenance" and there to "System Mail log". The 1. page works fine, but if I click to the 2nd page...

It's a bug which will be fixed in 1.8.4. You can temporarily apply this: https://github.com/mybb/mybb/commit/29c3...6732faeede
