on acp go to ur theme and global.css
search for the class:

#topwrap

there delete :

margin-top: -3.1%;

that should do it

it was -3.1% !!

i can't find the way to make it appear, i reinstalled but nothing

EDIT - Nevermind figured it out its in global.css right at the top....

Hey how can i change the default background everyone gets set on for example everyone see's images/duende2/bg/bg1.png by default how can i make it one of the other backgrounds? i personally like bg2 and would like it as default it blends well with my logo.

just rename the images
or
change it in global.css
in .body

Change:
background: url(images/duende2/bg/bg1.png) top center no-repeat fixed;
to this:
background: url(images/duende2/bg/bg2.jpg) top center no-repeat fixed;

I have installed theme duende before.

I have tried with this theme but some things are not working.

The theme hasn´t copied the images to the proper places.

Now it has some words in English in spite of being set to display in Portuguese.

How to fix this ?

On the heared search and members for instance are still in english.

this is not Duende theme, its Duende V2 theme
the themes doesnt copy images to the proper place, you have to upload them 
can u pls provide me a link so i can check whats wrong and try to solve the "issues" and yes im portuguese but i dont think that as anything in portuguese on theme, but not impossible
