I want to change the text below (highlighted) to say Likes instead of Reputation, how do I do this?

you can edit it from the language files... if you want to edit it only on the post bit then,
ACP >> Languages >> English >> Edit Language Variables >> global.lang.php >> Search for "postbit_reputation" and change it as you wish
if you want to change the word "Reputation" in all places you need to edit the member.lang.php, usercp.lang.php and reputation.lang.php files too...
