look at my forum after upgrade :

when i log in the forum appears normally
just for visitors it's appears like that
what should i do now !! also registration don't work
from which version forum upgraded and to which version ?

but i tried other theme 1.8.X , it's do the same thing

ensure that
cache,
cache/themes,
subfolders of cache/themes are writable (
CHMOD 777)
and for each theme,
navigate to its
global.css in admin panel, switch to
advanced edit mode and
save without any changes.
that might fix basic appearance issue of the themes.

have you checked files verification ?
run file verification tool available at tools & maintenance section of admin panel to find missing / changed files.
ignore files reported from install folder & its subfolders. you have to replace reported files from MyBB source
files pack of your forum's version. (as you are using Google SEO plugin, do not replace ~/inc/functions.php file)
