When i select posts to change the number at the bottom next to go never changes and when i press it to delete threads it returns the error:

It was a new installation of mybb version 1.8.3

PHP v5.2.17
MySQLi 5.1.57
Server Load 1.51
on the default theme it all works fine and also when users sign up they dont recive an email to register there account.
Any Help would be apriciated.
