Hello people, I'd really like to know if the OP Original Poster Imagine plugin for MyBB 1.6.x (last update on Dec.2011) works fine with MyBB 1.8.3 or if there's another plugin for 1.8.x series I can use, which's also better! I want to use that plugin on my site!

Original Poster Image plugin should work fine on MyBB 1.8.x

however you can follow this method (by using template conditionals plugin)

Yeah the plugin really works on 1.8.3
