what are the pro's and cons of having multiple forums on the same database?
Pro's is you don't have to store them in different databases. Cons is that your database might run a tad slower, though unless it's huge, you shouldn't see a difference in performance.
con: If someone finds out your mysql username/password, they will have access to all your forums.
