Its there any chance to make on m.domain.com to be the mobile theme and on domain.com the normal theme?

You could use Bootstrap, then you just have some small changing, and the site will be responsive. You can then easy use other bootstrap "snippet" to include in your side...

I'll try to make an tutorial one day. You can then use your forum style, for me bootstrap is the way to go in 2015.
You can hide content n small devices, make photos fit in screen and many many other thing with bootstrap
