i very find in acp settings, but can't find setting for [meta name="keywords"]...

in vb, that setting in general settings....

where can set [meta name="keywords"]?

You can put it in the headerinclude template.
Admin CP --> Templates --> *expand your template set* --> headerinclude

There is also a good plugin for meta tags. Search the mods database for "meta".
