Close a thread then logout and view it, I don't think the locked button shows for admins or mods but does for registered and guest.
They are definitely not closed. I checked.

Disable any plugins you have and see if that's the cause.

Yep, it still shows the new reply / new thread buttons as an admin when logged in, shows the locked button when i'm logged out.
Send me a temp admin account and i'll take a look?

Download the zip from here

Unzip it on your desktop
Upload the images folder to yourmybbroot/images/ through your FTP
Upload the igame.xml file through your Admin panel ... Themes and Templates > import a theme > choose file
