Goto ACP > Templates & Styles > Templates > YOURTHEME Templates >> Index Page Templates and open the index template to edit.

Move the entry "{myshoutbox}" to top above {$forums} and save changes.

Thanks, shoutbox is now okay, but these other.. anybody know other?
