Open the php file and change the compatibility line to 18*

thanks, i was checking the php in the plugin folder but didnt find the compatibility line, turns out it was in the one inside the /mysupport folder

changing compatibility is not enough, needs lot of other edits as well...

no wonder i got this error saying inc/languages/english/admin/mysupport.lang.php does not exist
whats other edits need to be made?

maybe you haven't uploaded all the files correctly....

thanks for your help thus far. my forum uses the thread-xx.html but the plugin seems to be using the showthread.php , why isnt it inheriting my default link structure? how do i fix this?
