We have a closed forum. Is it possible to auto-subscribe all users, including the occasional new users we approve, to all forums?

Or do the administrators need to do so manually?

We have about 250 subscribers so a manual addition shouldn't be too daunting.

^ yes, those changes will be overwritten by MyBB system upgrades.

you can also try using Automatic Subscriptions plugin by changing compatibility line in plugin file.
