Is it being modified to work with 1.8, or has someone developed something similar to work with 1.8? That's probably by favorite plugin and I'll miss it intensely. :c

Actually, one more question, as I can't seem to find it.

You can edit the <hr /> in Global Templates -> as_header.
For the bullet points you have to find every occurrence of $as_header_userbit in inc/plugins/accountswitcher/as_function.php and remove the &bull;
