How to Moderate New Threads? In specific Forum Before they appear in forum ?

I don't want Register Member post there threads , without moderation in Certain forum !

Can Someone help me with any plugin , or custom permission ( custom permissions don't seem to be working )

If you give me plugin , Please provide the plugin that allow to give permission in certain forum now all forum ,

it is default option.

Go to acp -> Forums and posts -> Options -> Permissions -> Set custom permissions (right to group name) -> Moderation
