Today i was checking some features and subscribed to a thread. after reply i see the PM is from user name MYBB Engine how can i change that? or even maybe make the user some other uid?

The text is set in global.lang.php and can be changed there. It means that it is an automatically generated PM, and you cannot change the characteristics of that, except for the contents for which you must find the appropriate language file.
