is it a fresh installation or upgrade ? which MyBB version you are using and which language ?
its fresh install and i dont get any error when install,
version is 1.6.16

run file verification tool available at tools & maintenance section of admin panel to find missing / changed files.
ignore files reported from install folder & its sub-folders. you have to replace reported files from MyBB source

You seem to be missing the language files for the Admin CP. Make sure that they are uploaded and chmod to 0644.
i did all the things but nothing changed
and one more thing in admin folder there is no language folder
actually some mod is not working in mybb 1.8 o i am trying to install mybb 1.6
