Whenever I try posting a new thread, updating my theme, editing a post, etc. I get:
Not Acceptable
An appropriate representation of the requested resource /newthread.php could not be found on this server.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
Any help?

look at php information available through tools & maintenance section of admin panel.
use browser search facility and search for mod_security and suhosin. do you find them ?
if you find any of them then contact your web host and ask if they have any additional security.
if so, ask to disable it for your forum.

My host just disabled mod_security in cPanel. Seemed to have fixed everything
