Will mybb ever support Hebrew with the right to left functions and displaying of chars?
There have already been plenty of tutorials on how to do this fully.

i can't hit button "go" in edit modify theme.. seems not to work in ie too.
did you select something in the drop down list such as "Edit Theme Style?"
no. a completely new installation.
