MyBB has experienced an internal SQL error and cannot continue.

SQL Error:
1 - Can't create/write to file '/tmp/#sql_199e_0.MYI' (Errcode: 28)
Query:
SHOW COLUMNS FROM 968173290_users LIKE 'unreadpms'

I don't get wtf is this. What do I do?

there is a problem with disk space at web server and you need to contact your web host for fixing it.
