don't have the default avatar plugin, but I'm getting a weird error.
These are my options for the default avatar, found in the ACP > Profile Options config:

Once a member applies, when we go in to validate them through the ACP and change their username from Awaiting Activation to accepted, we have to manually go to "avatar" setting and delete two periods from the start of the URL or we get an error message. It shows up like this:

Do I have some settings wrong in the profile option or what? It's very odd.
