First to cover the basics... I'm running 1.6.16 on Ubuntu 12.04.5 64 bit. This installation started as an earlier version of 1.6 (1.6.7 I *think) and has been upgraded maybe 3 or 4 times total to get to the current version.

So for example, when I'm logged in as an admin of the site and I look at my own profile, here's what I see:

And if I login as a basic user, here's what they see:

I can't tell if the images are embedding... looks like broken links to me so I included URLs.

This used to not be the case. All users could see the full info set. I am not 100% sure when this started as it was just brought to my attention yesterday. I will say that I upgraded to 1.6.16 fairly recently so that might be where it was introduced.

Can anyone offer any insight?

ACP->Config->Custom Profile Fields. Check that the settings are correct for them.

Wow... they were suddenly set to Hidden.

What would have caused that? There's nothing in the admin log showing it so I'm guessing something in the update?

It possibly could have been from an update, particularly if you are the only one with ACP access on your forum.
