hi,

few days ago upgraded to 1.8 and in default theme and other themes there is a massage pointing "There is 1 account awaiting activation. Please go to your ACP to activate the user."

but if I use the older theme I'm not getting this massage. but unfortunately I can't use it since it's too broken.

currently there are more than 1000 unactivated spam accounts in my forum.


how can I get rid of this massage ?

You can either revert these templates to their default - meaning all the changes you've made to it will be removed - or you can see a Diff Report which will show you exactly what's changed. If you have a custom theme installed, it is probably best that you look at the Diff Report and apply the changes you need.

this is a bug which will be fixed in upcoming releases.... right now to remove that notice, 

ACP >> Templates >> Your Theme's Templates >> Header Templates >> header >> remove "{$awaitingusers}"
