When I click on plugins in the ACP, this is what it says

"Fatal error: Cannot redeclare getBrowser() (previously declared in /home/pikospla/public_html/forum/inc/plugins/extendeduseradmininfos.php:160) in /home/pikospla/public_html/forum/inc/plugins/sessionmanager.php on line 341"

What does this mean, and how can I fix it?

I think it is trying to say that 2 plugins are causing issues with each other, but I'm not too sure.

Yeah, the plugins are conflicting. Try delete one of those files and see if it will work after that.
