are you trying for remote database connection ? that is not allowed by some web hosts.
yes, i want to connect with mylepak.org but why i get that error?
There are a couple possibilities:
1) You haven't added the domain to the list of domains that can access that database. If this is the case, in your CPanel click on Remote Database Connections or something similar.
2) Your webhost doesn't allow remote database connections. In this case you would have to contact your webhost.
