I would like to know if it is possible to send a post to someone who is not a MyBB member. I know SMF can do that however I don't see any option for MyBB.
you can use Send this Thread to a Friend facility available at the bottom of the topic page
(left side - just below the Quick Reply form) and modify the message content as required
