Hello there,
sorry guys I don't know what this even call so I can explain it better than attachments.

When I move my mouse over a link ( it could be index, forums or in topics ) the preview/name/title appears in the right side of forum instead of top of the link. 
How to fix this ???

That's called a tooltip for the title attribute.

Anyway, looks like an alignment issue. Let me take a look and see if I can figure it out.

*EDIT* I couldn't figure it out, sorry. But I think it's something to do with the .tipsy element. Hopefully someone else can help you out better.
