While using SSL, YouTube BB Tag, won't work anymore. Because it's being blocked by the SSL for using IFRAME HTML tag that is delivering to HTTP instead of HTTPS.

Can someone provide a fix?

Well, did you try changing http to https in video_youtube_embed template? I guess we can do that in core too.
