is there a Custom forum icon plugin?

i seen forums with them but nothing in the downloads

When you mean in the heading, just replace the file logo.png in the /images folder by the logo you want to have.
You can also add a picture file with a unique name in that folder and go in AdminCP to
templates&Styles->Edit Theme Properties->Board Logo and fill in the name of your logo file there.

the mod is using it for the logo, does anyone know how to hack it to use as a forum icon?
