I can not delete any thread or comment because there is no button for that. How can I solve that problem?

I am using vienne theme and there is a test user account:

username: aaaa
pass: bbbbbb

if you are using MyBB 1.6.16 then Vienna theme doesn't work on it. it is coded for MyBB 1.8 series
