Hi,

I am testing as many scenarios as I can prior to my site going live. I noticed that when changing the email address of a test user, the notification is only sent to the new email address. Is this an error on my setup?

I would think the original email address would receive notification as well just in case the account has been hacked.

It's a choice I think, because the old email can also be obsolete. To change that you will need a plugin I think.
