Admin index page says I have 4 unapproved threads. But nothing happens when I go there.

and then when I go to clear the cache it says N/A
Any ideas?...

You can still hit the button that says Go. The others have actual numbers because of how many queries are run so it has to break it up over pages.

The page on the screenshot has nothing to do with cache (at least stats cache is not touchedd there). You can try rebuilding all in ACP -> Tools & Maintenance -> Cache Manager.
I thought I had already done that but I rebuilt forum and thread counters and it's fixed.
