I tried to create a #hashtag MyCode that links to Twitter. It's an easy regex. I tested it here and it works fine. I don't know why it doesn't work.

It's just what I wanted but now I realized that there is a conflict when you use [COLOR], [QUOTE] because in the html there are some texts like #pid, #FFFFFF, etc... how can I tell the MyCode to only affect the shown text?

Not exactly as I expected... MyCode also affects HTML
