I have installed this plugin but i don't understan how i add awards from users & group page .

I was unable to understand :
{bburl}
{homeurl}
{imgdir}

which plugin are you using.. can you provide the link to that plugin...

{bburl} - your forum url
{homeurl} - your website's homepage
{imgdir} - your theme's image directory
