I duplicated the default theme.
Then edited the images directory to images/RED.
In that folder I placed my red images. EG thead.png

But it does not look for images from that folder it still looks for images from /images directory instead of /images/RED directory.
Pls see pic.
What have I done wrong?

do a search and replace in the global.css file of the new Red theme... search for images/ and replace with images/Red/

I cannot find any reference to /images in global.css of Red Theme.

however I am finding over 22 instances of addresses such as..
background: url(images/close.png) no-repeat 0 0;
So I will update these to images/RED/close.png etc etc.
I think that will fix my issue.

oops yeah... its a typo that i misplaced the slash in front instead of a trailing slash  corrected my above post now...
