How can I change the inscription under the user, like junior member, name for each user that I want?

example:
My username qbert down on me i want to chenge in...warrior for example

at your user control panel options there is a option for custom user title . you can add required title there

I explained badly.
as admin, I would like to set some user a title that can not be changed from user.

you can change the usertitle of any user from ACP or Mod CP... and changing user titles is a group based permission...

ACP >> Users & Groups >> Groups >> Select a group >> Users and Permissions tab >> Can use custom user titles?
