on my Website : www.imanity.de/forums it tells me when I register that I'm a spamming-bot I am using myBB version 1.8.3. How can I fix this ?

Also how do I change the colour of the Background for all pages, also the post-background and the category-tables hope you know what I mean :/ ?

Use a theme compatible with 1.8.x in 1.8.x.

I have just registered to your forum (you made a mistake in the link, it is forum at the end, not forums), and everything was OK.
You can delete my membership by the way .
