On http://referraldirectoryforum.com When ever I sign in it says welcome, and then asks me to log on again. With the admin CP I login, and it signs me out whenever I click on anything. I seem to be the only one having problems, and I have cookies enabled on my browser, tried different browsers, and different PC's. Any ideas?

please contact your web host and ask to disable any additional security measures which affect cookies

in the meanwhile you may provide me temporary access to files (FTP) & forum admin panel for checking the issue once again
And change your credentials later
