Prefix isn't showing up on Forum Display, however, prefix will display on the front page and on the showthread.php.

Check that your forumdisplay_thread template has {$prefix} in it.

Add {$thread['threadprefix']} to the forumdisplay_thread template.
EDIT: @up, {$prefix} contains the "Poll:"/"Moved" info, not the actual thread prefix.
