Hello, I have a server is overloaded and the forum is made available. As it turned out the user when entering the forum are a lot of requests to various functions and pages from his ip. And so many users that fall just on the forum are multiple requests, attacks on the forum. And the base is not withstand the load. Users claim that they have no viruses.

does your forum host a lot of attachments ?
I'd suggest to put your forum offline for a while and analyze why load is such high
also you should stop showing MyBB version number. And upgrade forum to version 1.6.16

I tried to block file htaccess but a lot of blocked ip that users can not log on to the forum. was forced to cancel the lock.

Cloudflare at all? Even free Cloudflare plans can help some.
I'd advise Incapsula over Cloudflare personally. Better performance and haven't met people who have a bad experience with it yet. It also respects your privacy a bit more than Cloudflare.
