Hi i would like to add wordpress blog to my forum but use same theme as mybb is it possible?

What about the theme? will it work on my own theme?

No. Wordpress is a software that has its own themes, you will have to edit it to match your forum or hire someone to do that.

That's right. You might be able to pull WP posts into your forum and keep the forums style though.
