Okay. I'm obviously missing something here.
I have the plugin and everything uploaded, can create and edit pages, but always get an error trying to view the pages or categories. like so.

nothing I do works. nothing will make it show up. I can't find any support, and I can't afford to pay for it. :/
I found this notation, but I don't know where the htaccess is?

Could somebody pleaaaaase help me? I've been trying to edit Page Manager to work for weeks and can't get that working. This is my last hope and so far it's not doing anything for me. ]:
