how do i Change the threadlist default onpageload order?

You change it when you edit an individual forum. ACP->Forums & Posts->Whatever Forum->Edit Forum. Default Sort By.
Ok, i would like to add another field and then do the order filter via that? How can I change it?

You will need to edit forumdisplay.php.
