I was recently alerted from a newer user letting me know that he never received the activation email. I asked him if he had checked his Junk folder and he has checked it two days in a roll to see if it ever appeared but it didn't. So I am wondering how to fix this issue we are having. Every new sign up doesn't confirm their email so I guess that could be a reason why. Could someone possibly help me?
