hello, 

i want to know how to fix the issue on my site, i have the scrollbar but i can not see the buttons of scrolls 
like i can see them on I-E but not in google chrome ?
how do i fix it ???

those buttons will not show up on browsers running on chromium engine (chrome, opera, yandex etc) if you are using a webkit scrollbar... IE do not support webkit and hence shows those buttons...

its not a error/bug imo... however if you want to show those buttons in all browsers, goto global.css of your theme and remove the css rules which starts with "::-webkit-scrollbar"
