When looking on the portal page, on the left with all the board info and whatnot there is the section that displays the Latest Threads
Can I choose what forums that reads from?
I have a secret forum for admins only and I can see that forums posts get listed.I wish to not have them listed.

Only admins can see threads of your "secret admin forum", assuming your permissions were set correctly for the forum in the first place.

You are 100% correct .... I didn't bother to look at the page while not logged in.
I guess you can trash this thread then!
