Hi guys,
I have just installed a new theme. And upon checking it on mobile the theme is not showing at all, instead I see this:

Note: I have not deleted any folder such as cache or whatsoever in the ftp.
also, ACP >> Themes >> Your Theme >> global.css >> Edit in advanced mode >> Save it
open your forums and hard refresh (Ctrl+F5) the page

Edit :- I switched to my previous theme for testing purpose. That use to show but it doesnt show now as well. I am using cloudflare. Can caching the css be an issue?
yes it can... try putting the CF in development mode and check...
