I am making a theme for someone and it is a simple theme. It has a bootstrap look and very clean. It doesn't take very long to do it. He says it looks perfect.

There was no graphic design involved. Though I had to start over because he didn't like the original look.

What would you quote a customer for that?

Charge like $70 IMO.

It depends - I charge 200 dollars for a fully responsive unique theme that I will not resell. Others - very simple themes with basically just a fancy header and footer and css changes - 30 dollars.
